Our second hobbity Yule surprise is here, and since we are all hobbits inside, we deserve something sweet and comforting... such as a recipe! Tulppaani has sent us a one for mouth-watering seasonal drink that will warm you up: Gingerbread Cocoa!
Gingerbread cocoa
2 dl milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp gingerbread spice
2-3 gingerbread cookies
Whipped cream and gingerbread crumbs for decoration
Crush the gingerbread into fine crumbs.
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the cocoa powder, gingerbread spice and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the hot cocoa into a mug and stir in some of the gingerbread crumbs.
Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle some more gingerbread crumbs on top.
Enjoy warm!♥
