Gingerbread mousse
200g milk chocolate
2dl whipping cream
200g quark
8 pieces of gingerbread cookies
1. Melt 200g of chocolate in a microwave at low heat, let it cool a little bit.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Combine the chocolate with the quark and then add the whipped cream, mix them.
4. Crush 4 gingerbreads, add them to the mousse and again, mix!
5. Pour the mousse evenly into the dessert cups or do it like me, put it into a drinking glass.
6. Decorate the dessert with rest of the gingerbread cookies.
